Design Skill
This Design Skill provides the visual system for building color palette engineering tools: editors, WCAG contrast checkers, color blindness simulators, harmony explorers, and design token exporters. The system enforces strictly neutral chrome (`#E5E5E5` borders, `#FAFAFA` backgrounds, `#737373` labels) so that the only saturated colors visible in the workspace are user-defined palette swatches and accessibility badges. It enables precise, bias-free color evaluation with real-time contrast ratio computation and pass/fail badges at AA/AAA WCAG levels.
