Design Skill
This Design Skill forces a rigid, uncompromising simulation of vintage computing hardware. It completely rejects the modern DOM "box model" in favor of a "character grid" model. It utilizes complex `text-shadow` layers to simulate phosphor bloom, a raw true-black (`#000000`) background to represent the CRT void, and `repeating-linear-gradient` overlays to simulate monitor scanlines.
